Visitor Policy
All blood work and diagnostic or treatment-related ultrasounds, hysterosalpingogram
(HSG), and sonohysterogram (SIS) appointments:
- Patient MUST come to the appointment alone.
- Partners/Spouses/Relatives will be asked to wait in the downstairs lobby
or in the car to prevent overcrowding in our waiting room.
All Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Embryo Transfer, and Pregnancy Ultrasounds:
Intended parents with Gestational Carriers:
Please do not bring children into our office. If you arrive to an appointment
with a child of any age, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
ALL Patients and Visitors to ACRM (regardless of vaccination status):
- Masks/face coverings are required for all patients and visitors while in
an ACRM clinic.
- Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the front
office staff member will review your appointment type and advise you on
next steps after receiving direction from the provider. There is a high
chance that you will have to reschedule.
- All patients and visitors are required to be pre-screened for COVID-19
symptoms upon entering the ACRM clinic.
- All Operating Room (OR) procedure and embryo transfer patients are required
to be tested for COVID-19 within one week of the scheduled procedure.
In the event of a positive test result, the scheduled procedure will be
canceled. ACRM will continue to require patients to sign the COVID-19
waiver at their new patient visit.
