When you create content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and comments and post it to your social media accounts using the tag #ACRMShare or other hashtags sponsored or affiliated with the Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine brand (“User Content”), you grant Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine and any of its third-party content management providers (collectively, the “Licensing Parties”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your User Content in any manner to be determined by Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine sole discretion, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on the Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine website and/or Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine social media channels.
Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine may use, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, alter and/or edit your User Content in any way in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. You grant the Licensing Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other Personally Identifying Health information in connection with any use of your User Content.
