Dr. Denis, MD, MPH, FACOG

André L. Denis, MD, MPH, is a practicing reproductive endocrinologist in Atlanta and founding partner of Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine. He received his undergraduate education with honors at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and also obtained a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology during this time. Following his time at Hopkins, Dr. Denis was awarded a medical degree from University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1986.

A growing fascination with reproductive endocrinology and gynecology led to a change in career direction away from public health toward a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the prestigious Jones Institute of Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. As a resident at one of the nation's top infertility pioneering schools, Dr. Denis received multiple awards and recognition for his research projects and residency contributions.

Dr. Denis subsequently completed his Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility under Luigi Mastroianni, Jr., MD, at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He remained at Pennsylvania Hospital to serve in several faculty positions and earned Teacher of the Year Award for his accomplishments.

Public Speaker & Respected Researcher

Dr. Denis is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. As a prominent Atlanta Reproductive Endocrinologist speaker, Dr. Denis has been invited to lecture and present his findings at respected clinical meetings around the world. He is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology, and is an elected fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

In addition to his interest in IVF, Dr. Denis also specializes in ovulation induction, treating male infertility, and supporting patients who are having a difficult time with infertility. He also attends to the unique language needs of his patients with his fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian. Dr. Denis' warm candor and compassion in tending to the physical and psychological needs of each patient is a noted quality.

Dr. Denis has been married to Deborah Z. Denis for over 30 years. Dr. and Mrs. Denis, together with their two children, have made Atlanta home. He enjoys history, and traveling.
